A THANK YOU TO KNIGHT NATION

To the Kingdom NIL Community,

On July 1, 2025, a new chapter in college sports begins—one that allows student-athletes to benefit from their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) through revenue sharing directly from UCF. What started as an uncertain frontier quickly became a competitive imperative, and Knight Nation met it with determination, passion, and unity.

In late 2021, I founded The Kingdom NIL, LLC with a vision to help UCF thrive in this new era. Inspired by efforts like McKenzie Milton’s Mission Control and partnerships like Dillon Gabriel’s Rock’em Socks, we aimed to create a comprehensive, independent NIL solution for UCF student-athletes. With the support of early donors—John Euliano, Mike Palmer, Ron Thow, Alan Charron, Kevin Wydra, and others—we built it from the ground up. Soon after, we merged McKenzie Milton’s Mission Control into The Kingdom NIL, and by March 2023, we became UCF’s official NIL partner. That momentum fueled incredible growth: over 500 NIL contracts across nearly all sports and tens of millions raised and distributed UCF student-athletes since inception.

This success was a team effort. Simon Pflum and SJ Tuohy tackled the chaos of NIL with passion and entrepreneurial spirit, while volunteers like Brook Oliva stepped up in the end to help close up the Kingdom NIL behind the scenes.  Kevin Wydra’s custom software helped us navigate rapid growth and manage student-athletes, donors, and events behind the scenes. But you—our fans, donors, and supporters—were the heartbeat. Your monthly gifts, event participation, auction bids, t-shirt purchases, beverage sales, and vendor partnerships, big and small, made it happen. Over 98% of funds raised went directly to student-athletes, giving them opportunities to grow and UCF a chance to compete.

Now, the next evolution is here – revenue sharing. In collaboration with UCF Athletics, NIL efforts are transitioning to the UCF Competitive Success Fund. On June 30, 2025, The Kingdom NIL will conclude operations - all recurring subscriptions will be cancelled and all remaining funds will be donated to the UCF Athletics. We will continue to advance our shared mission, and we ask for your continued support: Opt In with a new pledge commitment to the UCF Athletics Competitive Success Fund Today!

Reflecting on the past 3.5 years, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. This was never about one person—it was Knight Nation stepping up. Whether you gave $10 or $100,000, bought a shirt or hosted an event, sipped bourbon or played a round of golf, you made The Kingdom NIL a success. Thank you for believing in this idea, helping it grow, and ensuring UCF’s competitive future ⚔️⚔️⚔️.

Go Knights & Charge On,
Tom McNamara
